Product Information

Antique rare 18th Century mahogany Chippendale Design Linen/Mule Chest with a rising top concealing compartment for linen. The front being serpentine to the centre, flat to the sides, two top faux drawers, nine working drawers which are lined in oak with original gilded rococo handles mounted on original ogee feet. England Circa 1765. The advertisement shows this chest being advertised by Charles Angell in The Connoisseur magazine in 1933.
